By accessing or using TestWeave, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing TestWeave.

Permission is granted to temporarily access TestWeave for personal or business use, subject to the following restrictions: • You may not modify or copy our software • You may not use the service for any illegal purpose • You may not attempt to decompile or reverse engineer the service • You may not transfer your account to another party • You may not use the service to harm others This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions.

To access certain features of TestWeave, you must create an account. You agree to: • Provide accurate and complete information • Maintain the security of your account credentials • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account • Notify us immediately of any security breaches • Not share your account with third parties

We strive to provide uninterrupted service, but we may occasionally: • Perform maintenance or updates • Modify or discontinue features • Change service specifications • Implement security measures We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of significant changes.

For paid services: • Fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis • Payments are non-refundable • You authorize us to charge your payment method • Prices may change with 30 days notice • Failed payments may result in service suspension

Your use of TestWeave is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You agree that: • We may collect and use data as described in our Privacy Policy • You own your test data and results • We may use anonymized data for service improvement • You are responsible for compliance with data protection laws

TestWeave and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by: • International copyright laws • Trademark laws • Other intellectual property rights You may not copy, modify, create derivative works, or exploit any part of the service without our permission.

When you upload content to TestWeave: • You retain ownership of your content • You grant us license to use, store, and process your content • You are responsible for your content's legality • We may remove content that violates our policies • We are not responsible for lost or damaged content

To the fullest extent permitted by law: • We provide the service "as is" without warranties • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages • Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us • We do not guarantee specific results from using our service

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to TestWeave: • For violations of these terms • For illegal or unauthorized use • At our sole discretion without notice • Upon your request Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in San Francisco, California.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by: • Posting the new terms on this page • Sending you an email notification • Displaying a notice in your account Your continued use of TestWeave after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
